The signing off/ logging on show was a super great hit thanks to everybuddy that went or played.

First off, we want to thank you for showing interest in the signing off/ logging on show.

But, unfortunately, we tried hard to look for other venues to house multiple bands.

Due to dwindling timeline and illness (a couple bad colds), we were short in making our goal, which leaves us Sunday, May 2nd.

The Southgate House only allows us to host a limited amount of bands.

We had to make some cuts.

After we spend seven horrible, sleepless days and nights, we turned this decision to a panel consisting of a "barrel of monkeys", "a magic eight ball", and a chinchilla named "Paki".

After going on your websites, listening to MP 3/CD's/DVD, and taking some bribes (ha, ha, ha!!), these are the bands that are playing on May 2nd, in alphabetical order:

For all the bands that weren't chosen, we are planning to have other events in the future. If you want to share your views/ network/ help/ advertise, send us an email because we would still like you to be involved in this celebration.

Once again, we want to express on how supportive everyone who is involve in this project and sharing the love for this "great radio station".

As you may be aware 97x is shedding its local frequency.

I am taking some initiative to throw a super huge "SIGNING OFF Login on" show for 97x.

I am going to invite all bands that want to play.... yep that's correct, all bands that are down with 97x can play.

Some bands, depending on availability, have shown interest in playing...

Currently we are eyeballing the date May 1st ish

As for venues, it is looking like Southgate House is the best idea.
We may need to have two days of shows lined up.

It will be a super huge deal and I am going all out.

I am getting lots of great response.
Currently we are trying to get everything sorted out...
lots of people are super jived about this.

I plan on having a meeting next week for all who want to be involved in the
planning of the show.

Everything is still up in the air...
we are entertaining all ideas. This is what I got so far...
